Shipping costs:
Free shipping from 12 bottles within a radius of 40 km around Leuven

For deliveries in Belgium - outside this region, € 7.50 shipping costs are charged.

We ship orders over € 150 free of charge in Belgium.

 

To send:
We ship your order via DPD. You will always be kept informed of the shipping status through Track & Trace.

 

Your package will be delivered quickly and easily to your home.

Larger orders can also be delivered through our own delivery service.

 

Your order can only be shipped to an address in Belgium. This is because alcoholic beverages are subject to excise duties and the delivery of excise goods to private individuals in other EU Member States involves an extensive and costly procedure (per country).

 

Delivery times:
We aim to deliver your order within 48 hours after completing the ordering and payment process.

 

Delivery from stock:
With each product you immediately see the stock status in our warehouse. If a product is in stock, it is really in stock with us. If with a low stock and simultaneous order, it unexpectedly happens that your product is not (sufficiently) in stock, we will contact you to choose a replacement product, to arrange a later delivery or to cancel your purchase. .

 

Not at home on delivery?
Your order will usually be shipped as a package. In case of no answer, we use the procedure that the package is then delivered to the neighbors, whereby you will receive a written note of this in your letterbox. If the neighbors are also not at home, or if the parcel has to be signed for, the delivery person will try again the next day. If delivery is still not possible, you will receive the address of the nearest postal agency where the package can be picked up in the letterbox.
