You have 14 days to change your mind


If you have placed an order at, you can exchange or return it within 14 days: the so-called 'cooling-off period'. You then make use of the right of withdrawal as set out in the general terms and conditions. In order to make use of this arrangement, it is important that the ordered items are complete and in the original, undamaged packaging. Bottles must be unopened and undamaged.

Packaging that is damaged or incomplete cannot be exchanged, returned or refunded. Unfortunately, we have to be strict about this. Naturally, this does not include damage to packaging caused by the shipment. If you receive damaged packaging, please state this within the hour of receipt by emailing 1 or more photos to or via the return form below.

Never return opened bottles. These are not eligible for return or exchange.


'There's no arguing about taste', is a well-known saying. If you are unfamiliar with a wine but would like to try it out, do not order a full box right away. For example, you can first order a single bottle, or a mix of different wines, or a sample package and later a larger quantity of your favorite wine in one order. This way you prevent your return of the opened box from being refused.

How to act


Step 1
Make sure that what you want to return or exchange is complete and undamaged, and the bottles unopened. (with removed capsules, a bottle is considered opened and cannot be exchanged or returned)


Step 2
Contact us using the return form and state that you want to return a delivered order or exchange a specific product.

Pack the goods properly to avoid damage during transport. This must be done in the specially developed box with the protective bottle trays in which you also received your order from us.


Step 3
Enclose a copy of the invoice in an envelope, or a note with at least the invoice number, your name and address. Also like the reason why you are returning the order. This opportunity will help us serve our customers better in the future. Finally, indicate whether you want the purchase amount to be returned (and to which account) or whether you want to exchange the product. If the latter is the case, please indicate which product you would like to receive.


Step 4
After receiving your return shipment, we will immediately send your new item (s) or refund the purchase amount to your account as soon as possible, but in any case within 14 days.


Step 5
If we receive a return that does not meet the conditions set, it will be returned immediately to the sender. We cannot process shipments that do not contain a copy of the invoice or invoice number. If the sender of the return is not known, the return will be considered as not received. It also cannot be processed.


Return costs
Any costs for returning one or more item (s) are for your own account. If you choose to refund the purchase amount, the full purchase amount, including shipping costs already paid, will be refunded to your account.
